摘要
选用二氯二茂钛(Cp_(2)TiCl_(2))作为丁苯嵌段共聚物加氢催化剂,用活性胶分别进行了催化剂用量、压力、温度对加氢效果的影响研究,得到了较好的加氢条件。用二氯二茂钛作加氢催化剂、催化剂用量为0.4 mmol/100 g聚合物时,二烯烃段加氢度可大于98%。
Titanocene dichloride(Cp_(2)TiCl_(2))was selected as the hydrogenation catalyst of styrene-butadiene block copolymer,and the influence of catalyst amount,pressure and temperature on the hydrogenation effect were studied with active rubber,and better hydrogenation conditions were obtained.When titanocene dichloride is used as a hydrogenation catalyst,and the amount of catalyst is 0.4 mmol/100 g polymer,the degree of hydrogenation of the diene section can be greater than 98%.
