白油加氢装置分馏塔加热方案研究

Study on Heating Scheme of Fractionation Tower of White Oil Hydrogenation Device

目前,溶剂油生产质量鱼龙混杂,中低端占大多数且出现中低端产业过剩、高端不足的情况。生产白油主要通过加氢分馏的装置进行,为提高品质,一般分馏塔会使用重沸炉加热以及进料加热方案。在两方案中,进料加热的方案又占有明显的优势。基于此,文章对白油加氢装置相关内容进行阐述,并简要分析分馏塔加热方案、使用原料操作条件以及工艺流程对比。

At present,the production quality of solvent oil is mixed,with most medium low-end and low-end industries with surplus and high-end shortage.The production of white oil is mainly carried out through the hydrofractionation device.In order to improve the quality,the general fractionation tower will use the reboiler heating and feed heating scheme.In the two schemes,the feed heating scheme also has the obvious advantages.Based on this,this paper expounds the relevant contents of white oil hydrogenation device and briefly analyzes the heating scheme of fractionation tower,operation conditions of raw materials and process comparison.
