摘要
用二水醋酸锌为锌源、加入一定量的二水乙酸锂,以一缩二乙二醇为溶剂采用醇热法制备ZnO纳米球。将ZnO纳米球做成光阳极薄膜。研究了膜厚和烧成制度对电池性能的影响。结果表明:当ZnO纳米球膜厚为29μm时,烧成制度是室温—80 min—450℃—20 min—450℃时,电池效率高达3.55%,短路电流也高达10.02 mA/cm^(2)。
ZnO nanospheres were prepared by alcohol thermic method using zinc acetate dihydrate as zinc source,adding a certain amount of lithium acetate dihydrate and diethylene glycol as solvent.ZnO nanospheres were prepared as photoanodic films.The effects of film thickness and sintering system on the performance of the battery were studied.The results show that when the thickness of ZnO nanospheres is 29μm and the sintering system is room temperature—80 min—450℃—20 min—450℃,the battery efficiency is up to 3.55%and the short circuit current is up to 10.02 mA/cm^(2).
