CFB锅炉称重给煤机煤量偏差分析及解决方法

摘要 流化床锅炉给煤机采用ZY2105型称重控制仪,称重测量是由称重传感器、测速传感器、称重控制仪三部分共同进行。称重传感器输出的瞬时流量为单位皮带长度的重量与速度传感器输出的皮带转速的乘积,其累计量为单位皮带长度的重量与运行长度的累积量,然后转化为工程量。煤粉中的硫在燃烧后会产生二氧化硫或三氧化硫气体,这类气体和水蒸气结合生成亚硫酸或硫酸蒸汽,长时间对称重传感器造成腐蚀和测量信号衰减,造成给煤量不准及锅炉左右侧氧量偏差大。仪表人员每次校验后会在半小时以后煤量逐渐偏大或偏小。为减少硫腐蚀,造成给煤量不准,锅炉左右侧氧量偏差大,造成锅炉燃烧不均匀,导致煤量不能精准计算。 The fluidized bed boiler coal feeder adopts the ZY2105 weighing controller.The weighing measurement is composed of weighing sensor,speed sensor and weighing controller.The weight per unit belt length output by the load cell is multiplied by the belt speed output by the speed sensor.This result is the instantaneous flow rate.The cumulative amount is the product of the weight per unit length and the running length,and then converted into engineering units.The sulfur in coal will produce sulfur dioxide or sulfur trioxide gas after combustion.This kind of gas and water vapor combine to produce sulfurous acid or sulfuric acid vapor.Long-term weighing sensor will cause corrosion and measurement signal degradation,resulting in inaccurate coal supply as much as boilers.The amount of oxygen on the left and right sides has a large deviation.After each calibration,the meter personnel will gradually increase or decrease the coal amount after half an hour.In order to reduce sulfur corrosion,the amount of coal fed is inaccurate,and the amount of oxygen on the left and right sides of the boiler varies greatly,resulting in uneven combustion of the boiler.The amount of coal cannot be accurately calculated.
