延长气田深井压裂工艺技术改进及应用

摘要 针对气藏埋藏深度长,深井压裂压力高,压裂成功率低的特点,综合分析总结了影响压裂施工成功率的各种因素,优化的封隔器,优化的管柱,优化气井,改进Ibm注水技术,通过改善压裂机器的性能实现眼里工艺的提高等各种措施,使压裂工艺的有效率提高至93%以上。结合多口井的压裂实践,从井口设备,压裂管柱,封隔器,压裂液,支撑剂等方面采取了措施,以提高深井压裂作业的成功率,并扩大了油气田的开发范围,为后续延长气田深井的开采提供强大的技术支持。 Aiming at the characteristics of long burial depth in gas reservoirs,high fracturing pressure in deep wells,and low fracturing success rate,a comprehensive analysis and summary of various factors affecting the success rate of fracturing construction,optimized packers,optimized tubing strings,and optimized Gas wells,improved Ibm water injection technology,and improved the performance of the fracturing machine to achieve the improvement of the technology in the eye,etc.,so that the effective efficiency of the fracturing process has increased to more than 93%.Combining the fracturing practices of multiple wells,measures have been taken from wellhead equipment,fracturing strings,packers,fracturing fluids,proppants,etc.to increase the success rate of deep well fracturing operations and expand the development of oil and gas fields Scope,to provide strong technical support for the subsequent development of deep wells in Yanchang gas field.
