基于区块链共识的即食食品安全溯源定位方法

摘要 为了降低由于食品流经通节划分不明确引起的食品安全溯源定位不准确的问题,提出基于区块链共识的即食食品安全溯源定位方法。首先分析了即食食品供应链全流程,根据分析结果,对其不同的流程环节对应的信息内容,采用EPC进行编码,最后通过区块链共识中的拜占庭共识算法计算安全问题对应的编码,实现对安全问题的准确定位。通过试验对设计方法进行测试。结果表明,在不造成额外时间开销的前提下,所提方法的安全问题溯源定位准确率为100%,同时可以实现安全问题的完整定位,具有较高的实际应用价值。 In order to reduce the problem of inaccurate traceability positioning of food safety problems caused by unclear division of food flow links,a method of instant food safety traceability positioning based on blockchain consensus was proposed.Firstly,the whole process of ready to eat food supply chain is analyzed.According to the analysis results,the corresponding information content of different process links is encoded by EPC.Finally,the Byzantine consensus algorithm in blockchain consensus is used to calculate the corresponding coding of security problems,so as to achieve the accurate positioning of security problems.The design method is tested by experiments.The results show that the accuracy of the proposed method is 100%under the premise of no extra time cost.At the same time,it can realize the complete positioning of security problems,and has high practical value.
