一种小型电动物流车锂电池管理系统

摘要 小型电动物流车是物流快递行业重要的终端交通工具。对目前市场上小型电动物流车电池管理系统具有价格昂贵、缺乏智能化管理的特点,遵循“降低成本、适度够用”的原则,设计了一种基于STM32F072芯片的智能锂电池管理系统。实现了电池参数监测、电池均衡管理和电池放电过流、放电短路、过压及欠压的保护功能;实现了系统电源的开关唤醒、RS485通信唤醒、充电唤醒及定时唤醒四种唤醒功能;实现了智能的多终端显示及控制功能。该系统性价比高,具有可生产推广性。 Small electric logistics vehicle is an important terminal transportation tool in logistics express industry.In the present market,the battery management system of small electric logistics vehicles,which have the high price and lack of intelligent management.According to the principle of"cost reduction and adequate use",an intelligent lithium battery management system based on STM32F072 chip is designed.It achieves battery parameters monitoring,balance management and battery discharge over current,discharge short circuit,over voltage and under voltage protection;and realizes four wake-up functions of the system power,which are switch wake-up,RS485 communication wake-up,charging wake-up and timing wake-up;also realizes the function of intelligent multi-terminal display and control.The system has the high cost performance,which can be popularized and productive.
