功能对等视角下汉语间接祈使句的越译策略探究——以莫言小说《蛙》越译本为例

On Vietnamese Translation Strategies of Chinese Indirect Imperative Sentences from Perspective of Functional Equivalence:Case Study of Vietnamese Version of MO Yan’s Novel Frog

文学作品中的间接祈使句兼具表达间接、婉转的祈使意义和体现作品中人物间阶级差异、性格特点的功能。本文将以奈达的功能对等理论为主要依据,以文中间接祈使句的越译结果为切入点,探讨译者元尘在翻译文学作品《蛙》时所采用的翻译策略,并针对译本中尚存的一些翻译缺失问题提出相应对策,以期为中国文学作品的越译本研究带来些许启示。

Indirect imperative sentences in literary works have the function of expressing indirect and tactful imperative meanings and reflecting the class differences and personality characteristics of the characters in the works. This article will take Nida’s Functional Equivalence Theory as the main basis and the Vietnamese translation results of indirect imperative sentences in the works as the starting point to discuss the translation strategies adopted by the translator YUAN Chen when translating the literary work Frog. Regarding some existing problems of translation deficiencies in the translation version, it proposes the corresponding countermeasures, hoping to bring some enlightenment to the study of Vietnamese translations of Chinese literary works.
