乡村振兴战略下边疆地区提升村级党组织组织力策略探究

在边疆地区提升村级党组织组织力,既有利于锻造村级党组织、党员干部和村民群众成为乡村振兴战略落地的强力推动者、精准先行者和积极参与者。当前,在边疆地区村级党组织组织力建设仍存在政治引领功能发挥受限、党员干部先锋意识淡化、引领集体经济发展乏力、服务和凝聚群众弱化等问题。要从加强政治领导、锻造过硬队伍、推动改革发展、团结服务群众等四个方面着力提升组织力,切实把村级党组织打造成引领乡村振兴的前沿堡垒。

Improving the organizational capacity of village-level party organizations in border areas is conducive to forging village-level Party organizations, party cadres and villagers, which has become a strong promoter, precise forerunner and active participant of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. At present, there are still some problems in the construction of party organizations at the village level in border areas, such as the restriction of the political leading function, the weakening of the vanguard consciousness of Party members and cadres, the weakness of leading collective economic development, and the weakness of serving and rallying the masses. It is necessary to work hard to improve the organizational capabilities of party organizations at the village level in the following four areas, which are political leadership, building strong teams, promoting reform and development, and uniting and serving the people respectively.
