论汪曾祺小说中的水意象及其多重意蕴

Water Image and its Multiple Implication in Wang Zengqi’s Short Stories

汪曾祺的小说以其散文化的特质、浓厚的人文情怀特色占据新时期文学的一席之地。本文从汪曾祺小说的文本内容出发,探寻常作为其小说背景的水意象所蕴含的多重意蕴及原因。认为在汪曾祺的小说中,水是情感、世界观、阻隔的象征等。而水意象多次出现的原因则与作者所处的地域环境以及授业恩师沈从文的影响有关。

Wang Zengqi’s short stories have always occupied the world of literature in the new era with his prosaic characteristics and strong humanistic care. As a writer with the titles of "the last descendant of Beijing school" and "the last scholar bureaucrat", researchers of his works are numerous. From the text content of his short stories, this paper explores the multiple meanings and reasons of the water image as the background of his works. It is found that in his works, water is the symbol of emotion, world outlook and barrier. The reason why the image of water appears many times is related to the author’s regional environment and the style of the article.
