摘要
呋喃具有多样的药理活性,可用作抗白血病药、EAAT3抑制剂、NF-κB抑制剂等,是有机合成的重要原料。双环化反应可用于构建结构新颖且复杂的氧杂环化合物,从单组分、双组分和多组分这三种形式的双环化反应叙述呋喃骨架的构建,将为丰富氧杂环化合物库提供灵感源泉。
Furan has various pharmacological activities and can be used as anti-leukemia drugs, EAAT3 inhibitors, NF-κB inhibitors, etc., which is an important raw material for organic synthesis. The bicyclization reaction can be used to construct novel and complex oxygen heterocyclic compounds. The construction of the furan skeleton is described from the three forms of bicyclization reactions of single component, two component and multicomponent, which will provide a source of inspiration for the rich library of oxygen heterocyclic compounds.
