固相萃取高效液相色谱法检测芝麻油中的苯并[a]芘

Determination of Benzo[a]Pyrene in Sesame Oil by Solid Phase Extraction and HPLC

建立了芝麻油中苯并[a]芘的高效液相色谱法,芝麻油通过硅胶柱和分子印迹柱串联净化后,采用高效液相色谱法检测。结果表明,苯并[a]芘在0.2~20.0μg/L内线性关系良好,相关系数R2=0.9999;在0.4~10.0μg/kg加标水平时,回收率为91.3%~98.1%,相对标准偏差为1.37%~3.96%,方法的检出限为0.4μg/kg。该方法稳定性好、回收率高、特异性强、测定结果准确、易操作,适合于芝麻油中苯并[a]芘的测定。

A method for determination of benzopyrene in sesame oil by solid phase extraction and HPLC was established.Sesame oil was purified by silica gel column and molecularly imprinted column in series and detected by HPLC.The results indicated that the linear range of benzo[a]pyrene was 0.2~20.0μg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the recovery was 91.3%~98.1%,the relative standard deviation was 1.37%~3.96%,and the detection limit was 0.4μg/kg.The method had good stability,high recovery,strong specificity,accurate results and easy operation.It was suitable for the determination of benzo[a]pyrene in sesame oil.
