工程教育专业认证背景下“食品化学”课程的教学改革与实践——以海南大学为例 被引量:3

摘要 工程教育专业认证背景下,高校课程教学改革尤为关注学生的工程能力和工程素质培育。“食品化学”课程是高校食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全等专业的一门主干专业基础课程。在工程教育专业认证背景下,探索“食品化学”课程的教学改革路径,对培育社会发展所需的食品类专业人才具有重要的现实意义。在阐述工程教育专业认证的基本内涵基础上,侧重对“食品化学”课程的教学改革的具体路径进行探索,以期培育更多契合社会和经济发展需要的食品类优质人才。 Under the background of engineering education professional certification,the teaching reform of college courses pays particular attention to the cultivation of students'engineering abilities and engineering qualities.The Food Chemistry Course is a major basic course for the majors of food science and engineering,food quality and safety in universities.Under the background of engineering education professional certification,exploring the teaching reform path of Food Chemistry Courses has important practical significance for cultivating food professionals needed for social development.In this article,on the basis of explaining the basic connotation of engineering education professional certification,it focued on exploring the specific path of the teaching reform of Food Chemistry Courses,in order to cultivate more high-quality food talents that meet the needs of social and economic development.
