贫困地区铁路建设成果研究

Research on Railway Construction Achievements in Poor Areas

铁路是重要交通基础设施,对区域经济社会发展起重要支撑作用。基于我国贫困地区经济社会发展态势,总结我国贫困地区特别是14个集中连片特困地区铁路建设发展情况,论述铁路建设对贫困地区经济社会发展的作用。研究认为,“十八大”以来贫困地区铁路建设成效显著,为改善贫困地区人民群众出行条件、促进地区经济社会发展提供了有力支撑,在打赢打好脱贫攻坚战中作出了重大贡献。

Railway is an important transportation infrastructure and plays an important role in promoting regional economic and social development.Based on the economic and social development trend in China poor areas since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper summarizes the overall railways development in poor areas of China especially the development of railways in 14 contiguous poor areas.The paper discusses the impact of railway development on the economic and and social development in poor areas.The research shows that the railway construction in the poor areas has achieved remarkable results since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which has provided convenient travel for local people and promoted the economic and social development in poor areas,and has made a great contribution to winning the battle against poverty.
