南宁气象防灾减灾高清会议系统的设计与应用

Design and Applications of Meteorological Disaster Prevention and Mitigation HD Conference System in Nanning Meteorological Service

本文介绍了南宁市气象防灾减灾高清视频会议系统的设计思路、相关重要技术以及运用场景。在跨部门联合决策中,系统通过背靠背终端转发,实现自治区-市-县(区)-乡镇四级应急指挥调度以及市政府有关职能部门的决策会商与业务交流,为应急工作提供可靠的技术保障,在防灾减灾与气象服务中作用突出。

This paper introduced the design idea,related important technologies and application scenarios of the meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation HD video conference system in Nanning City.In the inter-department joint decision making process,the system achieves the four-level weather consultation of province-city-county-township as well as the business consultation and work exchanges of relevant functional departments of municipal government through back-to-back forwarding of terminals,providing reliable technical support for emergency work and playing an important role in meteorological business services and disaster prevention and mitigation.
