Corrosion and Protective Measures of Gas Industrial Boilers When They are Out of Service

燃气工业锅炉停用期间,如果不采取合理的防护措施,其腐蚀速度明显超过运行期。这不仅会缩短锅炉使用寿命,还易导致安全事故。因此,本文分析燃气工业锅炉停用期间腐蚀的原因,阐述其危害,概述燃气工业锅炉常用的防护措施及选择原则,以期为今后开展相关工作提供参考。

If reasonable protective measures are not taken during the shutdown period of gas-fired industrial boilers,the corrosion rate and degree obviously exceed the corrosion during operation,which will not only shorten the service life of boilers,but also easily lead to safety accidents.In this paper,the causes of corrosion of gas-fired industrial boilers are analyzed,the hazards of corrosion of gas-fired industrial boilers are expounded,and the common protective measures and selection principles of gas-fired industrial boilers are summarized,in order to provide valuable experience for related work in the future.
