摘要
本文分析了三机设备的受力状态,指出了开切眼倾角是影响三机设备稳定性的最大因素,得出了临界状态下开切眼倾角的最大值,提出了开切眼"急倾斜-圆弧过渡-缓倾斜"的布置方式,建立了圆弧过渡段模型,给出了圆弧过渡段角度和半径的计算方法。研究表明,本文提出的开切眼布置方式将上部的急倾斜工作面逐步过渡为下部的缓倾斜工作面,可以从根本上改善设备受力状态,有效遏制三机设备在开切眼时发生下滑、倾倒等情况。
This paper analyzes the stress state of the three-machine equipment,points out that the inclination angle of the open-off cut is the biggest factor affecting the stability of the three-machine equipment,and obtains the maximum value of the open-off cut in the critical state,and puts forward the arrangement method of"severe tilt-arc transition-slow tilt"of the open-off cut,establishes the arc transition section model,and gives the calculation method for the angle and radius of the arc transition section.Research has shown that the open-off cut arrangement proposed in this paper gradually transitions the steeply inclined working face from the upper part to the gently inclined working face at the lower part,which can fundamentally improve the stress state of the equipment and effectively prevent the three-machine equipment from sliding down and overturning during the open-off cut.
