摘要
引故入新工程项目是一项以供水为主要目的的公益性工程。本文结合洛阳市引故入新工程项目,分析了盾构机掘进到隧洞出口时发生卡盾的原因,根据隧洞掌子面空间小、施工难度大等工程实际情况,制定了3种切实可行的脱困方案。通过比较,脱困方案得以确定和实施,恢复了盾构机掘进。最后,结合工程实际情况,介绍了预防卡盾措施,供类似工程类似情况借鉴。
The project of introducing Guxian Reservoir into Xin’an County is a public welfare project with water supply as the main purpose.Combining with the Guxian Reservoir to Xin’an County project in Luoyang City,this paper analyzes the reasons for the blocking of the shield when the shield machine is driving to the exit of the tunnel,and formulates three practical solutions for relief according to the actual situation of the tunnel,such as the small space of the tunnel face and the difficulty of construction.Through comparison,the rescue plan is determined and implemented,and shield tunneling is resumed.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the project,measures to prevent blocking are introduced,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
