Research on Construction Technology of Intelligent Building Construction Engineering

智能楼宇是我国建筑工程的主流发展趋势,能够进一步提升业主服务质量,增加业主的舒适度。本文简要分析了智能楼宇建筑工程的基本要求,并从输电线路敷设、电气设备安装、建筑围护保温、机电智能报警、声频消防系统等方面论述施工技术关键点,促进智能楼宇的可持续发展。

Intelligent buildings are the mainstream development trend of China’s construction engineering,which can further improve the service quality of the owners and increase the comfort of the owners.This paper briefly analyzes the basic requirements of intelligent building construction engineering,and discusses the key points of construction technology from the aspects of transmission line laying,electrical equipment installation,building envelope insulation,electromechanical intelligent alarm,audio fire protection system,etc.,so as to promote the sustainable development of intelligent buildings.
