This paper started from the characteristics of utility model patent,combined with the differences between utility model patent and invention patent in the stages of application writing,reexamination and invalidation,and protection of right,this paper put forward specific measures for utility model patent writing from the perspective of protecting scientific and technological achievements of enterprises and improving scientific and technological innovation ability.
