治理现代化视角下辅导员队伍高质量发展的实践指向

Practice Direction of High-quality Development for the Counselor Team from the Perspective of Governance Modernization

面对中国改革发展大势、教育发展现实需求以及思想政治教育实践新的时代特征,进一步掌握大学生成长成才、高校辅导员队伍建设以及思想政治教育的经验规律,这既是实现中华民族伟大复兴的迫切需要,也是构建现代大学治理体系的重要环节,更是加快学工队伍系统改革的现实推动。从治理现代化视角出发,剖析辅导员队伍高质量发展的现实诉求,从重质量、厚理论、提质效、促发展等方面对其工作实践提出思考,以适应中国特色高等教育治理能力现代化对辅导员队伍高质量发展提出的新挑战,从而更好地发挥其对学生价值塑造和思想建设的引领作用。

Facing the trend of China’s reform and development,the realistic demand of education development and the new characteristics of ideological and political education practice,Further grasping the experience and rule of college students’growth and accomplishment and counselors’team construction and ideological and political education is not only the urgent need to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,but also an important link to build a modern university governance system,and also the realistic impetus to accelerate the reform of the student-related work teams system.From the perspective of governance modernization,this paper analyzes the realistic demands of high-quality development of counselors,and puts forward some thoughts on their work from the aspects of emphasizing quality,focusing theory,improving quality and efficiency,and enhancing development,in order to adapt to the new challenges posed by the modernization of governance capacity of higher education with Chinese characteristics to the high-quality development of counselors,so as to better play its leading role in shaping student’values and ideological construction.
