摘要
高校教师科研考评制度是高校科研管理工作的关键环节,也是高校教师科研工作价值评判的客观依据。通过立足于知识价值的视角,对高校教师科研考评制度自身的合理性进行论析,发现这一制度在运行过程中存在着知识价值的实践性不足、创新性缺乏和评价模式单一等消极问题。为优化高校教师科研考评制度,需坚持以实际贡献为导向、以创新质量为导向、以多元评价为导向的高校教师科研考评体系,从而促进高校科研考评制度改革取得应然效果。
The assessment system of university teachers’scientific research is a key part of university scientific research management,and it is also the objective basis for evaluating the value of university teacher’scientific research work.Based on the perspective of knowledge value,this paper analyzes the rationality of the assessment system of university teachers’scientific research,and finds that there are some negative problems in operating this system,such as insufficient practicality of knowledge value,lack of innovation,and uniformity of the evaluation model.In order to optimize the assessment system of university teachers’scientific research,it is necessary to adhere to the scientific research assessment system which orients towards actual contribution,innovation quality,and multiple evaluations,so as to promote the reform of the assessment system to achieve the desired results.
