摘要
网上办事大厅是依托“互联网+”促进提升高职院校教育治理水平的重要手段,也是智慧服务师生员工的发展方向。调查显示:浙江省只有29所高职院校建立了网上办事大厅平台,已有平台主要存在网上办事大厅定位不清、功能不全、考核机制有待完善等问题。运用整体性治理、业务流程再造、互联网+学校管理集成等理论,以杭州科技职业技术学院为例开展网上办事大厅建设的实践研究。
The online service hall is an important means to promote the educational governance level of higher vocational colleges by relying on the“Internet Plus”,and it is also the development direction of smart service for students and faculty.The survey shows that only 29 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province have established online service hall platforms,and there are some problems in existing platforms,such as unclear position,incomplete functions,and imperfect assessment mechanism.Based on the theories of holistic governance,business process recreation,and Internet Plus school management integration,take Hangzhou Polytechnic as an example,this paper carries out practical research on constructing online service hall.
