特发性膜性肾病血清IL-2及IL-6 IL-10的临床研究

Clinical Study of Serum IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 in Patients with Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy

目的通过检测特发性膜性肾病患者治疗前后血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-10的浓度变化,探讨其对特发性膜性肾病的诊治所起到的作用。方法选取特发性膜性肾病患者40例作为观察组,同期选取健康者20例为对照组,检测两组血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-10水平,观察组治疗6个月时留取血清学标本,检测IL-2、IL-6、IL-10水平变化。结果观察组IL-2、IL-6、IL-10浓度均明显高于对照组。治疗有效后,观察组IL-2、IL-6、IL-10浓度明显下降。结论IL-2、IL-6、IL-10参与了特发性膜性肾病的发生、发展,为临床诊治提供了重要参考价值。

Objective The changes of serum IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy before and after treatment were detected to explore its role in the diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Methods Forty patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy were selected as the observation group,and 20 healthy people were selected as the control group during the same period.Serum levels of IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 were detected in the two groups.Serological specimens were collected in the observation group after 6 months of treatment to detect changes in the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10.Results The concentrations of IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.After effective treatment,the concentrations of IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 in the observation group decreased significantly.Conclusions IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 are involved in the occurrence and development of idiopathic membranous nephropathy,which provides an important reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
