摘要
环境污染导致的疾病负担已成为全球的健康挑战^([1])。镉(cadmium,Cd)是一种毒性重金属,被工业化国家归为主要环境和职业性化学污染物^([2-3]),其引发的健康危害仍是重要的公共卫生问题。在镉的非职业性暴露中,吸烟和饮食是主要的途径^([4-5])。动物实验和流行病学资料显示,长期镉暴露与多器官损伤及疾病密切相关,包括肝病、肾病、心血管疾病、肿瘤、生殖疾病等^([3])。卵巢作为重要的女性生殖器官,也是镉的主要作用靶点^([6])。
