针对重介选煤设备常见磨损问题,分析了不同重介分选方案的易磨损点和常用耐磨方案的优缺点,给出了针对不同重介分选方案中易磨损点的最优耐磨保护方案。工程应用表明,耐磨保护方案能够有效减轻选煤过程中的设备磨损,增加选煤设备的使用寿命。

Aiming at the common wear problems of heavy medium coal preparation equipment,the advantages and disadvantages of easy wear points and common wear-resistant schemes of different heavy medium separation schemes are analyzed,and the optimal wear-resistant protection scheme for easy wear points in different heavy medium separation schemes is given.The engineering application shows that the wear-resistant protection scheme can effectively reduce the wear of equipment in the coal preparation process and increase the service life of coal preparation equipment.
