Describing the actual application of dry coal beneficiation for lump coal in Zhuanlongwan CPP.By comparison with the jigging process,it is concluded that dry coal beneficiation for lump coal has low investment costs,high production efficiency and convenient maintenance and production.Meanwhile,the disadvantages of dry beneficiation of lump coal is analyzed.After Zhuanlongwan CPP conducted a 4.00 Mt/a TDS dry beneficiation system for lump coal.This effectively reduce the rate of reject in coal and coal in reject.The TDS dry process have created good economic benefits for the enterprise.
