摘要
煤气化灰水系统运行稳定性影响煤气化装置长周期稳定运行,需严格控制气化灰水pH、碱度、硬度、浊度、Cl^(-)、NH_(3)-N、COD等指标,保障系统稳定运行。本文论述了影响气流床煤气化技术灰水系统稳定运行的关键指标及其影响因素,并提出相关控制措施。
The operation stability of coal gasification ash water system affects the long-term stable operation of coal gasification equipment.It is necessary to strictly control the pH,alkalinity,hardness,turbidity,Cl^(-),NH_(3)+-N,COD and other indicators of gasification ash water to ensure the stable operation of the system.
