摘要
构建衡量地区制造业价值链攀升和技术创新能力的评价指标体系,采用时序全局主成分分析方法计算河南省2008—2019年20个不同制造业行业价值链攀升指数和技术创新能力指数,从行业层面构建面板计量模型探究技术创新能力和技术创新要素对河南省制造业价值链攀升的影响。结果表明:技术创新能力提升对河南省制造业价值链攀升有显著促进作用,整体制造业以及不同技术类型制造业都主要通过研发人力资本和知识产出创新要素促进制造业价值链攀升,并且技术水平越高的制造业,其促进效果越明显。
This paper constructs an evaluation index system to measure the value chain climbing and technological innovation ability of regional manufacturing industries,using the time series analysis and all around principle component analysis method to calculate the value chain climbing index and technological innovation ability index of 20 different manufacturing industries in Henan Province from 2008 to 2019,it also constructs a panel measurement model from the industry-level to explore the impact of technological innovation capability and technological innovation elements on the rise of manufacturing value chain in Henan Province.The research results show that the improvement of technological innovation capability can significantly promote manufacturing value chain climbing in Henan Province,the overall manufacturing industry and manufacturing industries with different technology types mainly promote manufacturing value chain climbing through R&D human capital and knowledge output innovation elements,the higher the technology type,the more obvious the promotion effect.
