城市中心区停车泊位对既有住区工作日夜间共享能力评价——以天津市和平区为例 被引量:5

Evaluation on Parking Resources Sharing Ability of Weekdays’Night in Built up Neighborhood of Urban Central Areas:Taking Heping District of Tianjin City for Example

摘要 针对城市中心区既有住区停车泊位资源紧缺的问题,以天津市和平区居住、商业、办公及医院用地停车泊位为样本,基于城市中心区既有住区工作日夜间停车需求与周边其他用地类型停车资源的时空供需匹配及居民对不同类型停车资源步行距离容忍度差异,改进步行指数方法,构建停车资源共享能力评价模型,定量分析停车泊位的共享能力。结果表明:天津市和平区停车共享性分布不均匀,不同用地类型停车泊位共享能力与共享泊位数量和其服务的居民户数相关性高,与路网密度相关性较低。 In view of the shortage of parking space resources in the existing residential areas in the urban center,based on the sample of parking space for residential,commercial,office and hospital land in Heping District,Tianjin,and based on the matching between the demand for parking in the existing residential areas during the working day and the demand for parking resources of other surrounding land types in time and space,as well as the difference of residents’tolerance for walking distance of different types of parking resources,this paper proposes to change the progressive row index method,and the evaluation model of parking resource sharing ability are constructed to quantitatively analyze the sharing ability of parking spaces.The results show that the distribution of parking sharing is uneven in Heping District,Tianjin,and the sharing capacity of different types of parking spaces has a high correlation with the number of shared berths and the number of residents they serve,but a low correlation with the density of the road network.
