大学内部治理中学生参与的内容研究——以教育部直属大学为例

Research on the Content of Student Participation in the Internal Governance of Chinese Universities:A Case Study of Universities Directly Under the Ministry of Education

以教育部直属大学为研究对象,采用混合研究范式,对学生实际参与和期望参与的大学内部治理内容进行了实证分析。结果显示学生实际参与较多的是与其切身利益高度相关的教育教学、学生管理等方面,而学生期望较高的是能够参与学校改革发展的决策与制度设计等。鉴于此,为进一步提升我国大学内部治理能力和治理体系现代化水平,建议大学拓展学生参与的内容,探索和实践学生参与学校重大决策、制定规章制度,扩展学生对大学具体治理事务的参与。

The research takes the universities directly under the Ministry of Education as the object,adopts a mixed research paradigm,and conducts an empirical analysis of the actual and expected participation of students.It is found that students actually participate more in education,teaching,student management and other aspects that are highly related to their vital interests,while students have higher expectations to participate in the decision-making and system design of school reform and development.In order to improve the internal governance capabilities of our universities and the modernization of the governance system,it is recommended to expand the content of student participation.In the new era,universities should actively explore student participation in major school decisions,practice student participation in the formulation of rules and regulations,and expand student participation in specific university governance affairs,etc.
