MSCT容积扫描结合窗技术对成人复杂性消化道异物的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of MSCT Volume Scanning Combined with Window Technology for Adults with Complicated Foreign Bodies in the Digestive Tract

摘要 目的:探讨MSCT容积扫描结合窗技术对成人复杂性消化道异物的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析本院经手术或消化道内镜证实的24例复杂性消化道异物患者的MSCT影像检查资料,所有病例均行容积扫描后三维重组结合窗技术分析复杂性消化道异物的MSCT特点,并与临床治疗后结果对照。结果:24例患者中15例为鱼刺,4例为动物碎骨头,1例为金属球丝,2例为假牙,2例为枣核。16例异物位于食管,其中9例引起食管上端/喉头部水肿,6例引起邻近纵膈感染伴/或4例积气,1例侵犯心包引起心包少量积血;4例位于胃,4例位于肠道,其中5例引起消化道穿孔,3例引起邻近网膜感染。结论:MSCT容积扫描结合窗技术能明确诊断复杂性消化道异物,更早发现合并症,为临床及时治疗提供指导。 Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of MSCT volume scanning combined with window technology for adults with complicated foreign bodies in the digestive tract.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the MSCT imaging data of 24 patients with complicated gastrointestinal foreign bodies confirmed by surgery or gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital.All cases underwent volume scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction combined window technology to analyze the MSCT of complicated gastrointestinal foreign bodies.Features,and contrast with the results after clinical treatment.Results:Of the 24 patients,16 were fish bones,4 were animal bone fragments,1 was metal ball wire,1 was dentures,and 2 were jujube nuclei.16 cases of foreign bodies located in the esophagus,9 cases caused edema of the upper end of the esophagus/larynx,6 cases caused adjacent mediastinum infection and/or 4 cases gas,1 case invaded the pericardium and caused a small amount of pericardial hemorrhage;4 cases were located in the stomach,4 cases were located in the intestine Among them,5 cases were complicated by gastrointestinal perforation,and 3 cases caused adjacent omentum infection.Conclusion:MSCT volume scanning combined with window technology can clearly diagnose complex foreign bodies in the digestive tract,find comorbidities earlier,and provide guidance for clinical timely treatment.
