摘要
经济发展水平的提高增加了客户对商业银行的金融服务需求,金融科技的发展对商业银行网点服务形成了替代,商业银行网点面临较大的转型压力。就全球来看,不同发展水平国家网点数量变化趋势不同;就国内不同区域看,东部、中部、西部、东北四大区域商业银行网点数量变化趋势不同;就不同商业银行看,大型国有商业银行和全国性股份制商业银行网点变化趋势也不同。商业银行网点数量和布局变化是内外部多种因素共同作用的结果,面对金融科技推动线上渠道优势凸显,商业银行也积极开展网点转型来加以应对。总体而言,商业银行网点仍然有其存在的价值,但商业银行对网点的定位需要调整,也需要提升网点数字化水平,并继续做好网点转型及配套工作。
The improvement of economic development level has increased customers'demand for financial services of commercial banks.The development of Fintech has formed an alternative to commercial bank branch services,and commercial bank outlets are facing greater pressure for transformation.From a global perspective,the number of bank outlets in countries with different levels of development has different trends;from the perspective of different domestic regions,the number of commercial bank outlets in the four major regions of the east,central,west,and northeast have different trends;from the perspective of different commercial banks,the trend of changes in the outlets of large state-owned commercial banks and national joint-stock commercial banks is also different.The changes in the number and layout of commercial bank outlets are the result of a combination of internal and external factors.Faced with the prominent advantages of Fintech to promote online channels,commercial banks are also actively carrying out outlet transformation to respond.Generally speaking,commercial bank outlets still have their existing value,but commercial banks need to adjust the positioning of the outlets,improve the digital level of the outlets,and continue to do a good job in the transformation and supporting work of the outlets.
