摘要
近年来,更多商业银行开始利用金融科技探索数字化转型,力图开启经济第二发展曲线。情感计算技术可以感知、识别客户情感并进行反馈,边缘计算在各边缘侧发起应用,网络服务响应更快,具备实时、智能、安全等能力。目前业界主要将物联网与边缘计算组合研究,情感计算联合物联网边缘计算则还是一个非常新颖待研究的领域,将在商业银行数字化转型中具有更广阔的应用前景。本文从构建生态银行、高级人机交互、个性化服务、精准化营销推广、风控监测、安防监控七个方面探索研究情感计算联合边缘技术如何延伸金融服务边界开启新金融模式,进一步提升商业银行服务效率和质量。
In recent years,more commercial banks have begun to use Fintech to explore digital transformation to draw the second curve of economic development.Affective computing technology can perceive and recognize customer emotions and provide feedback,edge computing can initiate applications at each edge.Network services respond faster,and have real-time,intelligent,and secure capabilities.At present,the industry mainly researches the combination of the Internet of Things and edge computing.Affective computing combined with edge computing of the Internet of Things is still a very new field to be studied,and it will have a broader application prospect in the digital transformation of commercial banks.This article explores how affective computing combined with edge technology can extend the boundaries of financial services and open new financial models from seven aspects:construction of ecological banking,advanced human-computer interaction,personalized services,precision marketing promotion,risk control monitoring,and security monitoring,so as to further improve the service efficiency and quality of commercial banks.
