乡村振兴视角下生态补偿影响因素——以安徽扬子鳄国家自然保护区为例

Affecting Factors of Ecological Compensation in Perspective of Rural Revitalization:a Case Study of Anhui Yangtze Alligator National Natural Reserve

通过安徽扬子鳄国家自然保护区农户的问卷调查,运用二元Logistic回归分析方法,研究影响农户参与生态补偿的因素。结果表明,农户对自然保护区重要性认识程度对参与生态补偿的意愿具有积极作用。大多数农户对保护区周边的生态环境有着正确的感知和较强的环保意识,对生态补偿的认知度也较高,其中有89.1%的农户愿意继续参与生态补偿政策。保护区对家庭生产生活影响程度和家庭总收入变化与农户继续参与生态补偿的意愿呈负相关性。表明在保障原有生活的前提下,农户会更愿意参与生态补偿。同时随着家庭年收入以及婚姻稳定性的增高,生态补偿的参与意愿也在增强。而且农户愿意接受的补偿方式呈现多样化,但是目前仍然以现金为主。

Based on a survey of the peasant households in Anhui Yangtze Alligator National Natural Reserve,a research was conducted to analyze willingness of the peasant households to participate in ecological compensation and influential factors,using binary Logistic regression analysis method.The results showed that farmers’cognitive degree about the importance of National Natural Reserve can significantly affect their willingness to continue participating in ecological compensation.Most farmers had not only right perception and higher environmental awareness of protecting surroundings,but also superior recognition of ecological compensation.89.1%showed willing to continue joining in ecological compensation.The effect extent of National Natural Reserve on household production and the change of family income,which had negative correlation with willingness to continue participating in ecological compensation.Under the premise of guaranteeing the original life,farm households prefer to participate in ecological compensation.Meantime,as the family income increased,the willingness to participate in ecological compensation was strengthen.The ways of ecological compensation that farmers chose were diverse,however,mostly cash based at present.
