摘要 L-半胱氨酸(L-Cys)是一种重要的含硫氨基酸,其在生物体新陈代谢、生长发育、信号转导、生物防御和衰老中都起着重要作用,且它的浓度异常与相关疾病都息息相关。因此,开发一种具有高效率、高灵敏性和高选择性的快速方法用于痕量水平L-Cys的检测在临床医学和生命科学领域尤为重要。这篇文章介绍了近年来L-Cys的电化学分析方法,重点介绍了电化学传感界面的构建以及不同电化学检测方法的性能比较。 L-Cysteine(L-Cys)is one of the most important naturally occurred sulfur-containing amino acids that plays an important role in metabolism,growth,signal transduction,biophylaxis and aging for organisms.And the unsatisfied L-Cys content could induce relevant diseases.Thus,it is highly critical to develop high efficiency sensing methods for the detection of L-Cys at trace levels with high sensitivity and selectivity in clinical medicine and life science fields.This brief review summarized electrochemical methods for detection of L-Cys in recent years,with key focus on the construction of electrochemical sensing interface and the compared performance among different electrochemical detection methods.
