自复位U形钢板耗能支撑设计与滞回性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 为控制地震作用下结构的残余变形,提出了一种自复位U形钢板耗能支撑,采用组合碟簧作为复位系统提供复位能力,将U形钢板作为耗能系统提供耗能能力.在耗能系统和复位系统的双线性弹性模型基础上,建立了支撑恢复力模型,并对支撑进行数值模拟,分析不同设计参数对支撑滞回性能的影响.结果表明,自复位U形钢板耗能支撑具有稳定的耗能能力和良好的自复位能力,且耗能能力随U形钢板宽度的增加而增强,复位能力随组合碟簧初始预压力的增大而增强,建议将组合碟簧的预压力取值为大于耗能系统的屈服强度且小于耗能系统的极限强度. To control the residual deformation of structures under earthquake excitations,a self-centering energy dissipation brace with U-shaped steel plates(SCEDB-U)was proposed.The combination disc springs were used as the self-centering system to provide the self-centering force,and the U-shaped steel plates were used as the energy dissipation system to dissipate the input energy of earthquakes.Based on the bilinear elastic-plastic models of the energy dissipation system and the self-centering system,a restoring force model of the brace was established.The numerical simulation of the brace was carried out,and the influence of different design parameters on the hysteretic performance of the brace was analyzed.The results show that the SCEDB-U has stable energy dissipation capacity and good self-centering ability.The energy dissipation capacity increases with the increase of the width of the U-shaped steel plate,and the reset ability increases with the increase of the initial preload of the combined disc springs.It is suggested that the preload of the combined disc springs should be greater than the yield strength of the energy dissipation system and less than the ultimate strength of the energy dissipation system.
