新业态下乡村传统产业集群解锁路径研究——基于广东新会小冈香产业集群的调查

Development Path of Rural Traditional Industrial Cluster in the Context of New Business Forms:Based on an Investigation of Xiaogang Incense Industrial Cluster in Jiangmen,Guangdong Province

当前,乡村传统产业集群发展面临“锁定”困境,即总量增长而其质量、技术含量、经营模式等缺乏实质性发展。以广东江门小冈香产业集群为例,认为其“锁定”维度包括产品交易渠道锁定、企业经营模式锁定以及制香技艺低端锁定。在经济新业态下,可以通过完善香产品综合性平台建设,实现产销对接;推动公司制企业转型,建立香产品加工新生态;打造产业融合新业态,培育制香产业后备军;结合现代信息技术,打造具有合理结构的传统制香技艺传承人梯队等解锁路径,消除和预防锁定效应对乡村传统产业集群发展的负面影响。

At present,the rural traditional industrial cluster is in dilemma,that is,the total number of industrial cluster increases.But there is no substantive development in its quality,technology,business mode.Taking Xiaogang incense industrial cluster in Jiangmen,Guangdong Province as an example,the paper finds that its problems include product transaction channel blocked,enterprise business model fixed and production technology backward.Under the new business forms,we can improve the comprehensive platform of incense production and connect the production with marketing;promote the transformation of enterprises to establish a new business forms of incense processing;create new business forms of industry integration and prepare incense processing industry new force;combined with modern information technology,it is necessary to create a team to carry forward traditional incense production technology to eliminate and prevent the negative impact on the development of rural traditional industrial clusters.
