乡村振兴背景下陕西省农业与旅游业耦合协调发展研究

Research on the Coupling and Coordinated Development of Agriculture and Tourism in Shaanxi Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization

农业与旅游业的融合发展对于推进乡村振兴战略,构建农村现代化发展体系有着重要意义。以陕西省为例,选取2005—2019年农业与旅游业发展数据,运用熵值法构建陕西省农业与旅游业的综合指标体系,进而测度两系统的耦合协调发展水平,并通过GM(1,1)模型预测陕西省未来5年农业与旅游业耦合协调的发展轨迹。结果显示:二者的耦合协调发展水平较好,总体上呈现稳步上升的趋势。基于研究发现,为进一步提高陕西省农业与旅游业的耦合协调发展水平,需打造二者融合发展的整体规划、做强做大基础设施、发展特色农旅项目、运用创新理念把握市场动态。

The integrated development of agriculture and tourism is of great significance for promoting the rural revitalization strategy and constructing the rural modernization development system.Taking Shaanxi Province as an example,this paper selects the development data of agriculture and tourism from 2005 to 2019,constructs the comprehensive index system of agriculture and tourism in Shaanxi Province by using the entropy method,and then measures the coupling and coordinated development level of the two systems,and uses GM(1,1)model to predict the development track of agriculture and tourism in Shaanxi Province in the next 5 years.The results show that the level of coupling and coordinated development of the two is good,on the whole,there is a steady upward trend.Based on the findings of the study,to further improve the level of coupling and coordinated development of agriculture and tourism in Shaanxi Province,it is necessary to build the integrated development plan,strengthen and enlarge the infrastructure,develop the characteristic rural tourism projects,and grasp the market dynamics with innovative ideas.
