摘要
结合三明市房屋安全隐患排查整治专项行动要求,对各类自建屋存在的重大安全隐患进行调研。以三明市老城区的典型自建房屋结构为例,分析产生安全隐患的主要原因,找出房屋建筑存在的潜在安全隐患,根据房屋的安全隐患情况,提出一些可行的解决办法,供存在类似质量安全隐患的房屋参考。
The potential risk of all kinds of self-build in Sanming was investigated according to the requirements of checking and rectification of building hidden risk.Taking the structure of typical self-build in the Old City area of Sanming as an example,main causes of potential risk were analyzed and existing risks were found.It provides some feasible solutions for self-build with similar potential risk.
