鼻内镜下造袋术治疗有眼部症状鼻窦黏液囊肿疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Endoscopic Bagging Making in the Treatment of Nasal Sinus Mucocele with Ocular Symptoms

目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻内径路造袋术治疗有眼部症状的鼻窦黏液囊肿的效果。方法:选取2013年1月至2018年12月在上高县人民医院五官科住院的有眼部症状的鼻窦黏液囊肿患者38例,采取鼻内镜下鼻内径路行鼻窦黏液囊肿造袋术。结果:全部患者术后眼部症状缓解,无1例囊肿复发。结论:鼻内镜下造袋术治疗有眼部症状的鼻窦黏液囊肿,操作简单,术中损伤小,术后并发症少,无面部瘢痕,效果良好。

Objective:To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopic bagging with inner nasal path in the treatment of nasal mucocele with ocular symptoms.Methods:A total of 38 patients with ocular symptoms who were hospitalized in department of facial features of Shanggao people's Hospital from January 2013 to December 2018 were selected for bagging sinus mucocele by nasal endoscopy via the inner nasal path.Results:The symptoms of all patients were relieved or disappeared without recurrence.Conclusion:Endoscopic bagging is a simple operation,less intraoperative injury,less postoperative complications,no facial scar and good effect in the treatment of nasal sinus mucoceles with ocular symptoms.
