新农科建设背景下富硒功能农业本科人才培养路径探索 被引量:1

摘要 在党的十九大作出实施乡村振兴战略需求下,新农科建设适应现代农业产业转型的新变化,已成为农业高校本科人才培养改革的重要方向。江西省因富硒土壤资源丰富而具有发展硒功能农业的天然优势,功能农业人才的培养将有力支撑该区域实现现代化特色农业的升级。该文分析了新农科建设背景下功能农业人才的培养发展方向,并以宜春学院的富硒农业本科人才培养为例,探讨了地方应用型高校培养功能农业本科人才的模式与路径。 According to the advocacy of 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of new agricultural science has become an important direction of education and teaching reform in agricultural colleges and universities to adapt to the new changes in the transformation of modern agricultural industry.Jiangxi province has the natural advantage of developing selenium functional agriculture due to its abundant selenium-rich soil resources.The cultivation of functional agricultural talents will strongly support the upgrading of modern characteristic agriculture in this region.The development direction of functional agricultural talents training under the background of new agricultural science construction is analyzed in this paper.Taking the talent cultivation of agricultural undergraduate major in selenium related in Yichun University as an example,the mode and path of cultivating functional agricultural undergraduate talents in local application-oriented colleges and universities is discussed.
