“三全育人”视域下高校资助育人工作创新实践研究

高校资助育人是一项长期、系统、复杂的工程。新时代背景下,资助育人工作应以“精准”为导向,“精准”理念必须落实在资助工作的每个环节当中,才能保证资助育人效果的达成。进行“三全育人”视域下高校资助育人工作创新实践,建立高校资助育人长效机制,必须做到:全员育人:齐抓共管,构建全员资助育人大格局;全程育人:重点突破,搭建全程育人平台;全方位育人:多管齐下,形成全方位领航育人模式。

Funded education in colleges and universities is a long-term,systematic and complex project.Under the background of new times,the work of funded education should be“accurate”oriented and the concept of“accurate”must be implemented in every link of the funding work to ensure the achievement of the effect of funding education.In order to establish a long-term mechanism of funding education in colleges and universities,this study constructs the innovative practice research of subsidizing education in colleges and universities from the perspective of“three complete education”.It is proposed that all staff education:joint efforts and co management to build a pattern of all staff funded education;whole process education:key breakthrough to build a whole process education platform;all-round education:multi pronged to form an all-round pilot education mode.
