新文科建设背景下电子商务专业人才培养创新研究

Research on the Innovation of E-commerce Talents Training Underthe Background of New Liberal Arts

教育部推进新文科建设,是全面振兴本科教育,深化教学改革的又一重大举措,为新时代培养高质量电子商务专业人才指明了方向。新文科建设从三个方面赋予电子商务专业人才培养的新理念,即体现中国特色,坚持中国道路;专业素养和人文素养的双提升;重视学科交叉融合,创新人才培养。赋予电子商务专业人才培养的三条新路径:打造专业技术教育与人文素养教育相结合的课程体系;加强课程创新与交叉融合新技术;加强师资队伍建设与重视实践教学师资力量。

The Ministry of Education promotes the construction of new liberal arts,which is another major measure to comprehensively revitalize undergraduate education and deepen teaching reform,and points out the direction for cultivating high-quality e-commerce talents in the new era.This paper analyzes the new concept of e-commerce talents training given by the new liberal arts construction in three aspects,which are embodying Chinese characteristics and adhering to the Chinese road;double improvement of professional quality and humanistic quality;attaching importance to interdisciplinary integration and innovative talent training.The paper also puts forward the new path of e-commerce talents training from three aspects:building a curriculum system combining professional and technical education with humanistic quality education,strengthening curriculum innovation and cross integration of new technology,strengthening the construction of teaching staff and attaching importance to practical teaching faculty.
