摘要
韶关市义务教育达标后,农村中小学教师获得了稳定的发展,但也存在着一些不足,因此,应科学实施免费师范生培养计划:实施农村中小学教师全面发展养成计划;完善现有教师招聘办法;完善农村中小学教师编制配置;解决农村中小学教师高级职称评聘问题;解决农村中小学教师职业倦怠问题;解决农村中小学校教师周转房及货币分房问题;赋予市、县两级教师管理服务中心法人职能。
After compulsory education reaching the standards in Shaoguan,though rural primary and secondary school teachers have achieved stable development,there still exist some deficiencies.Therefore,it it scientifically suggested to implement free normal school students training plan;to carry out rural primary and secondary school teachers comprehensive development plan;to improve existing teacher recruitment methods;to improve the staffing and allocation of rural primary and secondary school teachers;to solve the problem of evaluating and hiring senior professional titles of rural primary and secondary school teachers;to solve the problem of job burnout of rural primary and secondary school teachers;to solve the problem of relocation housing and resettlement payments for rural primary and secondary school teachers;to endow the city and county teacher management service centers with the functions of legal person.
