赋能全域旅游视角下旅游产业多元化投融资平台——以江西红色旅游产业为例

Empower Diversified Investment and Financing Platform of Tourism Industry from the Perspective of All-for-one Tourism:Taking Jiangxi Red Tourism Industry as an Example

江西是一个自然资源和人文资源都十分丰富旅游大省,特别是红色旅游资源突出。由于旅游资源开发投资大、融资难造成江西红色旅游景区小,景点分散,景点陈旧,所以红色资源利用和可持续生存发展能力明显不足。笔者认为通过政府主导,社会资本支持实现资源利用投融相长,经营模式产融结合,关键资源文旅融合,资本实现公私混搭的方式赋能全域视角下旅游产业多元化投融资平台能够有效发展红色旅游产业。

Jiangxi Province is rich in natural resources and human resources,especially red tourism resources.Due to the large investment in the development of tourism resources and the difficulty in financing,Jiangxi red tourism scenic spots are small,scattered and old,so the utilization of red resources and the ability of sustainable survival and development are obviously insufficient.The author believes that the diversified investment and financing platform of tourism industry can effectively develop the red tourism industry from the perspective of the whole region through the government led,social capital support,resource utilization,investment and financing,combination of business model,integration of key resources,culture and tourism,and capital realization of public-private mix.
