摘要
为了解决船舱内重型设备短距离位移的难题,实现移位装置快速精准的舱内作业,提高岸船装卸作业效率,设计了基于麦克纳姆轮的重型设备舱内移位装置。在改进麦克纳姆轮的基础上提出了该装置的结构设计;通过计算验证设备顶起作业性能,确定油泵电机;最后利用CAE仿真技术对移动平台结构件进行了分析优化。
In order to solve the problem of short-distance displacement of heavy equipment in the cabin,realize rapid and accurate operation of the shift device in the cabin,and improve the loading efficiency,a shift device for heavy equipment in the cabin based on mecanum wheels was designed.Based on the improvement of the mecanum wheels,the jacking capacity and performance were verified by calculation;and the oil pump motor was determined;Finally,the structural components of the mobile platform were analyzed and optimized by CAE simulation technology.
