钢桁架桥顶推施工过程及临时结构受力分析 被引量:2

摘要 为确保钢桁架桥顶推过程的安全性,本文结合有限元计算方法对顶推施工过程进行研究。针对顶推过程中钢桁架桥的受力性能和抗倾覆稳定性等方面进行分析,并且针对顶推期间的临时支架和基础地基的安全稳定性进行分析。分析结果表明:在顶推施工期间,钢桁架主梁的应力值和位移变形值均在允许范围内,同时临时支架及其基础安全稳定性满足施工中的要求。 In order to ensure the safety of the steel truss bridge jacking process,this paper combines the finite element calculation method to study the jacking construction process.It analyzes the mechanical performance and anti-overturning stability of the steel truss bridge during the pushing process,and analyzes the safety and stability of the temporary support and the foundation foundation during the pushing process.The analysis results show that during the jacking construction period,the stress value and displacement deformation value of the steel truss main girder are within the allowable range,and the safety and stability of the temporary support and its foundation meet the requirements of the construction.
