铁前原燃料质量把关新技术的研究与应用

摘要 分析铁前原燃料把关难点,从研究燃料、大批量含铁原料、小批量辅料三方面入手,通过研究兰炭把关新技术、开发应用一种单向闭锁式破碎机和含铁矿粉分类判定方法、优化熔剂把关流程等有效改进措施,有效提高了铁前原燃料把关效率,年把关效益显著。 Analyze the difficulties in checking the raw materials and fuels before iron,starting from the research of fuels,large quantities of iron-containing raw materials,and small batches of auxiliary materials.Through the research of blue carbon to check new technologies,the development and application of a one-way lock crusher and the classification of iron-containing ore powder Effective improvement measures such as the determination method and optimizing the flux check process have effectively improved the check efficiency of the raw material and fuel before the iron,and the annual check benefit is significant.
