摘要 为应对日益增长的能源需求以及实现中国"十四五"规划的"双碳"目标,提出一种含相变储能的冷热电联供型微网。从经济、能耗和碳排放3个角度出发建立微网多目标优化配置模型,并采用基于分解的多目标优化算法对模型进行求解,从而得到一系列可行的备选方案,同时利用基于区间直觉模糊信息的双向投影方法进行决策,得到最优配置方案。以某商业园区为例验证所提微网的可行性和有效性。 In order to deal with the growing energy demand and realize the"double carbon"target of China’s 14th five-year plan,a combined cooling,heating and power microgrid with phase change material energy storage is proposed.A multi-objective optimal configuration model of microgrid is built from three aspects of economy,energy consumption and carbon emission,and the multi-objective optimal algorithm based on decomposition is adopted to solve the model,thus a series of feasible alternative schemes is obtained,meanwhile the bidirectional projection method based on interval intuitionistic fuzzy information is used to make the decision,and the optimal configuration scheme is obtained.A business park is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed microgrid.
